REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid for and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packing and shipping process has begun, it cannot be cancelled.

Refunds

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you may request a refund or reshipment of the products ordered if:

  • you do not receive them within the guaranteed time (45 days, not including 2 to 5 days for processing)
  • you receive the wrong item
  • you do not want the product you received (but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused)

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.

We do not issue the refund if:

  • your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (for example, providing the wrong shipping address)
  • your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances beyond our control (e.g. not cleared through customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

*You may submit refund requests within 15 days of the expiration of the guaranteed delivery time (45 days). You can do so by sending a message on the Contact Us page.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you if your refund is approved or rejected.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original credit card or payment method within a certain number of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you have not yet received a refund, check your bank account again first.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you have done all this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.

Sell items

Only regular priced items can be refunded. Items on sale cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us.

Shipping & Returns

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for the return of your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may want to consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
